I know that I am absolutely blessed beyond belief!

In rock 'n' roll, as we all know, the image is that it's one big party. But many times the reality is that it's the furthest thing from the party. There's the alcoholism and drug abuse that come because you're looking for that elusive 'thing,' and you don't know what it is or where it is. But you've got the money and the connections, and the choices are not always the healthiest.

All of the musical projects that I am involved with are near and dear to my heart and allow me in a small way to make a contribution to the world of music.

The thing that's really rewarding is when people will say to me that they had actually given up the bass, but are going to start again because the online school seems like a good idea.

I practice yoga on a regular basis at my gym and when I travel. Yoga not only keeps me flexible, but I feel it enhance the quality of my blood cells through deep breathing. I also feel energized when I practice yoga, which helps me cope with my demanding schedule.

I find that deep breathing and meditation help me handle practically any situation.
