Always remember that problems contain values that have improvement potential.

Formulate and stamp indelibly on your mind a mental picture of yourself as succeeding. Hold this picture tenaciously. Never permit it to fade. Your mind will seek to develop the picture... Do not build up obstacles in your imagination.

I place this day, my life, my loved ones, my work in the Lord's hands. There is no harm in the Lord's hands, only good. Whatever happens, whatever results, if I am in the Lord's hands it is the Lord's will and it is good.

You can make yourself enthusiastic by affirming enthusiasm and by thinking, talking, acting enthusiastic.

Go out of your way to talk optimistically about everything.

The mind quickly responds to teaching and discipline. You can make the mind give you back anything you want.

Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.
