Do not force the religion on your family. Show them the beauty of the Religion through your own practice.

We live in a society where we wake up our kids for school but not Fajr.

Allah created the bonds of family, so Who are you to cut bonds that Allah has created.

When Allah grants us the sense to ask Him for forgiveness, then He has granted us a huge favor. It's a sign that He wants to forgive us.

Lower your gaze because you become less of a human every time you stare at a woman and you stare at her like she's a piece of meat, like she's an animal. That just means you've lost respect for a fellow human being. You're looking at her like an ape looks at a female ape, like a dog looks at a female dog.That's all, you've turned into an animal. Regain your humanity. Lower your gaze.

Islam doesn't try to destroy cultures; it cleans them up. You can keep your language but get rid of your racist speech. You can keep your style of cooking, but get rid of alcohol. You can keep your cultural dresses, but keep your modesty on the highest level.

Religion becomes a hollow shell of its former self when ritual remains and thoughtful reflection disappears.
