I'm always interested in people being able to share stories that allow us to see the landscape of human foibles, challenges, and ultimately triumph.

I believe that the only courage anybody ever needs is the courage to follow your own dreams.

You can't do it all yourself. Don't be afraid to rely on others to help you accomplish your goals.

Live life and take chances. Believe that everything happens for a reason and don't regret. Love to the fullest and you will find true happiness in life. Realize that things go wrong and people change, but things do go on. Sometimes things weren't meant to be. What is supposed to happen will work its way out.

You will find true success and happiness if you have only one goal, there really is only one, and that is this: to fulfill the highest most truthful expression of yourself as a human being. You want to max out your humanity by using your energy to lift yourself up, your family and the people around you. Theologian Howard Thurman said it best. He said, “Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

You were seen, you were heard and you matter.

What has made me successful is the ability to surrender my plans, dreams and goals to a power that's greater than other people and greater than myself.
