Under this law (Controlled Substances Act) a bureaucrat-usually not elected-decides whether or not a substance is dangerous and how dangerous that substance is. People are now in jail because they did something that an administrator declared was wrong.

Negative thinking is always expensive--dragging us down mentally, emotionally, and physically--hence I refer to any indulgence in it as a luxury.

I'd have a nervous breakdown except that I've been through this too many times to be nervous.
