To be present is to be prayerful.

It is your attachment that creates hell.

Once your awareness becomes a flame, it burns up the whole slavery that the mind has created.

"Never speak of me in the past tense". My presence here will be many times greater without the burden of my tortured body.

Yoga is a method to come to a non-dreaming mind.

Remember: life is a rhythm between day and night, summer and winter. It is a continuous rhythm. Never stop anywhere! Be moving! And the bigger the swing, the deeper your experience will be.
