Mind is something unnatural; it never becomes your natural state. But meditation is a natural state - which we have lost.

The deeper you surrender to existence, life, nature, the more loving, more understanding, more insightful you become.

When you love, love as if the person is a god, not less than that. Never love a woman as a woman and never love a man as a man.
