I'm ensconced in the soul … and I look around and everything is love.

I like walking in the pool. That isn't what makes me feel spiritual. But alive.

So many times each day we support each other informally without ever becoming 'helper' or 'helped.' Perhaps we're finding an article of clothing for a partner, cutting bread for one of the children, collecting the mail for the person at the next desk, holding the coat for someone at a restaurant.

Unconditional love really exists in each of us. It is part of our deep inner being. It is not so much an active emotion as a state of being. It's not 'I love you' for this or that reason, not 'I love you if you love me.' It's love for no reason, love without an object.

You see that who you are isn't moving in time. Time is describing the incarnations, the packing changes.

The most exquisite paradox… as soon as you give it all up, you can have it all. As long as you want power, you can't have it. The minute you don't want power, you'll have more than you ever dreamed possible.

The Ego is an exquisite instrument. Enjoy it, use it--just don't get lost in it.
