I come from more of a sculptural background so I think of the form before anything else.
I like it when I can get really abstract.
I guess the anthropomorphising is something I've done all my life.
When you see a knife, fork and a spoon it seems to me like there are two of them together on one side of a plate, and then there's one on the other. It seems like a couple and a singleton. It seems obvious to me!
I'm a minimalist when it comes to design.
The drawings need to be strong enough to stand alone, and not just work as part of a sequence.
