There's much you can't change, but there's something important you can change: you.

Love pays attention. Love listens to the fears and the doubts of others and treats them with respect. Love accepts others the way Jesus accepts you.

I absolutely believe that people should show respect to everybody, regardless of their lifestyle, regardless of their beliefs, religious beliefs or any other kind of belief.

When God wants to make a mushroom, he does it overnight, but when He wants to make a giant oak, He takes a hundred years. Great souls are grown through struggles and storms and seasons of suffering. Be patient with the process.

Many people, especially men, feel it is an admission of weakness to ask for help or to express a need. But there is absolutely no shame in needing others.

Leadership is neither showmanship nor dictatorship. Leadership is a stewardship and a partnership.
