Leverage is the reason some people become rich and others do not become rich.

The rich buy assets. The poor only have expenses. The middle class buys liabilities they think are assets. The poor and the middle class work for money. The rich have money work for them.

As the owner of the company, I'm always focusing on how my company can do more for less. And it's one of the principles of the world.

Most people put money in their piggy bank. I buy a goose that lays golden eggs over and over again. That's what an asset is.

I can lose three million dollars because it's just paper. Thus, my lifestyle is not dependent up the stock market.

Work to learn. Don't work for money.
