They're the bigots and they're the intolerant ones. There is a way for them, if they wanted to convey a message to the new administration, there was a way to do it that they probably could have been hailed and applauded, but doing it the way they did it totally backfired because it's what you say, it didn't show respect, it seemed taking advantage of an opportunity and so forth. And it wasn't effective.
Rush LimbaughBill Clinton did everything in opposition to Black Lives Matter and the things that animate the existence of the Democrat Party today.
Rush LimbaughThere is no country on earth that can touch us in charitable efforts, in disaster relief efforts, in doing everything to help. We do not live under a suicide pact in the name of compassion, because you see what's incorporated in all this is that we're guilty of something. And we're not. We lead the world in goodness.
Rush LimbaughAfter eight years of [Barack Obama], look what happened in this election. Did the country flip again? No. I maintain it didn't flip in 2008-2009, and we were not a 60% radical leftist population like they tried to portray it as.
Rush LimbaughThey didn't want Donald Trump to win. They didn't think he was gonna win. They never thought they would be in this position. They may not even like being in this position because they don't want this kind of pressure on 'em. They don't want to have to move his agenda. Rush LimbaughYou're falling into the trap of believing everything that's in the political handbook, and at the top of the list it says you can't do anything without money. [Donald] Trump has.
Rush LimbaughThe fact of the matter is, Obama and the Democrats did a number on Mitt Romney's reputation and his character and his image with outrageous commercials that I thought nobody in their right mind was gonna believe. I know they're gonna appeal to somebody, but they appeal to far more. People may not have believed it specifically, but it did enough damage to make people say, "I don't know. I just don't like this Romney guy. Stick with what we got."
