We live in a country where power changes hands cyclically, because everybody in power screws up at some point, or the voters get fickle and just want a change.

Cops, the law's the law. You see somebody break it, you've got to be willing to enforce it. And doing that enhances the confrontational aspect of the whole circumstance. The more the confrontational aspect is ratcheted up the more danger is involved. It's gutsy work.

This is [Joe] Biden's unique way. I mean, here's a guy that never makes a gaffe, right?

Stop and think of what happened in America. The melting pot, yeah, it happened. Stop and think of what happened, from the first days of the founding. You have to go back to the Pilgrims. You have to include the Pilgrims in the founding. Why they came. What they learned on the way. What they learned after they got here. The Pilgrims, like everybody else, tried to establish a socialist collective. Bombed out. Didn't work. We know this, the governor wrote about it himself, William Bradford.

Power to the Democrats is an entitlement, elections are a formality, and they should never lose. And especially to somebody like Donald Trump, who they think is a reprobate and a horrible guy.

It still boils down to one thing: The left cannot beat Fox News in the arena of cable news. The media, the left cannot beat Fox News. The only option they have is to destroy it. Because they can't outcompete it as is evidenced by ratings day in and day out since 1996, when Fox debuted. The standard operating procedure for the left is not to level the playing field but to close it. It's to deny participation on the playing field, not level it. No tolerance. No fairness.

The left puts a lot of faith in a lot of people in the past that were dismal failures that they think are the greatest people who ever lived.
