I can't get my medicine.

In the morning I stand up, scratch a little bit, then I light a candle and I meditate. Every morning. I've been meditating for maybe 20 years. I meditate so I can make choices; so I'm not a sheep all the time. So I can see better than what everyone else is doing.

The difference between blues, jazz, rock n' roll and rap is that rap stayed poor. Even the white rappers are poor. It's scarier to look at poor people; it makes everyone uncomfortable. Their pain is something that people would like to see swept under the rug.

Reacting to the world with a smile instead of a curse, a wave instead of the middle finger, will actually help you live longer.

The less you need, the more you attract.

Meditation helps everything.

I always say neediness is the cause of suffering. I'm not the only one who says it. It's something I adopted and I believe.
