Love your life and live your spirit!

Prayer is asking for guidance. Meditation is listening to it.

Perhaps the biggest obstacle to loving yourself and living your Spirit is the belief that you can only do so when all your problems are solved, all your worries are alleviated, and all your concerns and fears have disappeared. The truth is, this will never happen. We're not here to get over our humanness, but rather to accept and make peace with it... and remember our Divine nature

We are all unconsciously in search of love. Whenever we feel its presence in our environment, we can't help but be drawn to it. There is no more compelling energy in the world.

If you want to reach out for something new, you must first let go of what’s in your hand.

If you look at yourself and life through the lens of your ego, you'll feel isolated, ganged up on, alone, dfferent, and not part of the crowd. If you look through the lens of Spirit, knowing we're all one, you'll always feel safe, secure, ad loved.

The Universe has a pulse and rhythm of its own, and it wants to carry you with it-so if you dance with Spirit, just remember to let it lead.
