Through concentration we become one-pointed and through meditation we expand our consciousness into the Vast. But in contemplation we grow into the Vast itself. We have seen the Truth. We have felt the Truth. But the most important thing is to grow into the Truth and become totally one with the Truth. If we are concentrating on God, we may feel God right in front of us or besides us. When we are meditating, we are bound to feel Infinity, Eternity, Immortality within us. But when we are contemplating, we will see that we ourselves are Infinity, Eternity, Immortality.

A sincere seeker knows what his goal is: the highest Truth. He will not delay his journey. In spiritual life, we aspire for the highest Truth, for God, nothing else.

Real meditation we get from within or from a spiritual Master. We can never get it from books. From books we can get inspiration or an inner approach to the fulfilment of our outer life. But in order to have true meditation we have to go deep within or follow the guidance of a spiritual Master.

I am very happy Because I have conquered myself And not the world. I am very happy Because I have loved the world And not myself.

My soul-bird loves my body-cage Only when it is kept fit, Pure and absolutely immaculate.

No matter how fleeting Your smile is, Your smile is the very beginning Of your wisdom-light.

I do not give up, I never give up, for there is nothing in this entire world that is irrevocably unchangeable.
