When I say 'I am', I do not mean a separate entity with a body as its nucleus, I mean the totality of being, the ocean of consciousness, the entire universe of all that is known. I have nothing to desire for I am complete forever

When I see I am nothing, that is wisdom. When I see I am everything, that is love. My life is a movement between these two.

All I plead with you is this: make love of your self perfect

There is no second, or higher self to search for. You are the highest self, only give up the false ideas you have about your self.

Be conscious of yourself, watch your mind, give it your full attention. Don't look for quick results; there may be none within your noticing. Unknown to you, your psyche will undergo a change; there will be more clarity in your thinking, charity in your feeling, purity in your behavior. You need not aim at these - you will witness the change all the same. For, what you are now is the result of inattention and what you become will be the fruit of attention.

All that happens is the cause of all that happens. Causes are numberless; the idea of a sole cause is an illusion.
