Only the heart can speak or hear that which is authentic

Meditation is not 'going somewhere;' it's diving deep here, this moment.

Do not try to correct the mind. Trying to correct the mind is like trying to correct the waves in the ocean. Can you stop the waves in the ocean? If you want to see an ocean without waves you only have to dive deeper. When you dive deep inside you will experience the stillness of the ocean. And if it is all frozen that is enlightenment.

When you move with this thought that 'I want', then the mind wanders. When you move with this thought that 'I have received', then you are content.

When mind controls man, it’s ... Bhoga (bondage). But when man controls mind, it’s...Yoga

When all doors are shut and you have nowhere to go, that is when you go within. Every crisis is an opportunity and you are the beginning.

Love combined with wisdom is bliss, and that is devotion. Devotion is a strong bond, a sense of belongingness. Everybody is born with it. It’s just like becoming a child again
