Love - the feeling - is a fruit of love, the verb.

What you do has far greater impact than what you say.

The bottom line is, when people are crystal clear about the most important priorities of the organization and team they work with and prioritized their work around those top priorities, not only are they many times more productive, they discover they have the time they need to have a whole life.

'Efficient' scheduling and control of time are often counterproductive. The efficiency focus creates expectations that clash with the opportunities to develop rich relationships, to meet human needs, and to enjoy spontaneous moments on a daily basis.

Whether you're on a sports team, in an office or a member of a family, if you can't trust one another there's going to be trouble.

Make small commitments and keep them. Be a light, not a judge. Be a model, not a critic. Be a part of the solution, not the problem.

I try to exercise regularly every day, if I can. It renews you and it gives you more balance in your life. This is a key leverage point.
