My goal is to eliminate positions where I can't function.

Sometimes I'm very impatient. I also feel the need to please everyone, which is unnecessary and impossible.

My father was a soccer player. All my friends played basketball though, so I stuck with basketball.

I don't think coaches should have to wear mic's. It is an invasion of privacy. We are trying to accomplish things, and wearing microphones may hinder development by straining the nature of relationships coaches and players have.

My best memories are because I was on teams I love - even going back to being a kid. Not just in the NBA.

That's the key to our team. We have so many weapons. You can just pick your poison.

For the most part I try to just stay focused not on my play but on our team.
