We truly need Him every hour, whether they be hours of sunshine or of rain.

Love is the catalyst that causes change. Love is the balm that brings healing to the soul.

The knowledge which we seek, the answers for which we yearn, and the strength which we desire today to meet the challenges of a complex and changing world can be ours when we willingly obey the Lord’s commandments.

Help others in their race of life. Remember that when you help another up a mountain, you are a little nearer the top yourself.

You can share your testimony in many ways, by the words you speak, by the example you set, by the manner in which you live your life.

In the search for our best selves, several questions will guide our thinking: Am I what I want to be? Am I closer to the Savior today than I was yesterday? Will I be closer yet tomorrow? Do I have the courage to change for the better?

Things which provide deep and lasting happiness and gratitude are the things which money cannot buy: our families, the gospel, good friends, our health, our abilities, the love we receive from those around us.
