Don't make excuses! Make changes!

You can't save a relationship unless both people are equally invested. It takes a joint effort to make it work. One person trying will never be enough.

Instead of trying to see things my way, I try to see things her [wife's] way, and if it honestly makes sense then I will submit to her instead of being a tyrant and a dictator.

To be content does not mean that you don't desire more, it means you're thankful for what you have and patient for what's to come.

You want a woman who, if needed, will be the CEO of the home. In essence, you want a woman who understands the difference between ambition and busyness. You also want a woman who understands that submission is strength, not weakness. Meaning, she understands the importance of your leadership but she is also strong enough not to allow you to run over her.
