A decision made from fear is always the wrong decision.

To help other people, you've got to be able to help yourself. You go to a psychiatrist, and they're on this Prozac, Effexor, and antidepressants, you may have picked the wrong person. If you go to somebody who's broke who's selling you financial services, that might not be a good thing. You go to somebody who's fat to help you lose weight... And a lot of people ironically do these types of things.

Stop bullshitting yourself. You're not satisfied. You lowered your standards and are settling for a lot less.

Most people achieve their goals and are like, "Is this all there is?" We are supposed to keep growing so we have something to get. What we get never makes us happy. You play yourself when you forget that.

It's not the events of our lives that shape us, but our beliefs as to what those events mean.

You don't lack resources. You lack resourcefulness .

Take massive action. So many people wait until they have all the answers.
