Problems are spiritual lessons from God-spiritual lessons to be learned.

Ultimately the way to win the game of life, is found in only one thing: Our ability to choose meaning in any life circumstance. Become the master of meaning and you master your life.

We usually overestimate what we think we can accomplish in one year-but we grossly underestimate what we can accomplish in a decade.

To me, words are like stickpins. I can throw a word at you and it will bounce right off your body. But if I take that little stickpin and wire it to the back of an iron bar called human emotion, I can put that thing right through your heart.

Courage, like fear, is a habit. The more you do it, the more you do it, and this habit-of stepping up, of taking action-more than anything else, will move you in a different direction.

Tap into people's emotions. We've all been put to sleep by a speaker who just gives the facts. You must tap into people's feelings.

Because the challenges will continue to show up in life, but if you have the inner strength - whether that be your faith, your determination or your incredible love for self, for God and for others - then I think you'll have the capacity to live a life that's extremely fulfilled.
