A higher concept of yourself involves taking on new truths and shedding your old views of what you can achieve. This is the only way you can achieve your desires.

When you are in-spirit (inspired) you have no need for the ego.

Whatever I fight weakens me. Whatever I cooperate with strengthens me.

Acceptance means no complaining, and happiness means no complaining about the things over which you can do nothing.

The only antidote to anger is to eliminate the internal sentence: "If only you were more like me."

In reality, it's much easier not to smoke or eat chocolate than to do so. It's your mind that convinces you otherwise.

By surrendering, you create an energy field of receptivity for the solution to appear.
