Be gentle and forgiving with yourself, abandon any and all shame, and refuse to engage in any self-repudiation.

When you trust in yourself, you are trusting in the same wisdom that created you. When you fail to trust in yourself, when you fail to love yourself, you are denying your own Divinity, and therefore attracting the opposite of what The Source is.

Whenever you have a thought that excludes or judges anyone else, you aren't defining them. You're defining yourself as someone who needs to judge others.
