First, say to yourself what you would be; then do what you have to do. Life is a grindstone. Whether it wears you down or polishes you up depends on what YOU are made of.

When I discipline myself to eat properly, live morally, exercise regularly, grow mentally and spiritually, and not put any drugs or alcohol in my body, I have given myself the freedom to be at my best, perform at my best, and reap all the rewards that go along with it.

Don't wait until you feel like taking positive action. Take the action and then you will feel like doing it.

Motivation is the fuel, necessary to keep the human engine running.

Regardless of your lot in life, you can build something beautiful on it.

It will be disastrous when a leader or manager shows up with one attitude one day and treats people with a different attitude the next day.

You can't have a million dollar dream with a minimum wage work ethic.
