  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
