Guys are faster, they're bigger and they're stronger. I think that's probably the main thing. And that's not just in football, I think it's in every sport.

But once they get to the NFL it's a job, and just like any other job you've got to be at your best to a certain point, especially with a job like this. You've got to be fit and you've got to eat the right things.
