I don't believe in diets.

In life, no two days are the same for me. It's like a snowflake.

My recipes aren't geared towards women; my books are marketed towards women because women are the biggest market for weight loss, weight management and weight maintenance and for cooking.

I like showing moms what it's really like having a baby, and how it's not Hollywood life.

Make the most of every moment. Get excited about every little thing. Why not? Why not have your wonderful moment of excited anticipation? Why not be happy NOW? This is my greatest challenge, but something I'm pouring my heart into: learning how to enjoy what I have, right here, right now. Every moment is precious and although sometimes I struggle to see it, I see it more and more every day.

If you're happy on your own you are going to be okay.

If I am not with my daughter, that's when all my meetings happen. That's when I get right on a plane. That's when I go and do my book tour. When I am with her, it's just all with her.
