True courage is the willingness to fully experience whatever you are feeling at the moment. You can attempt to run from your emotions, but eventually they will catch up with you. They will chase you, haunt you, until finally you give up the chase.

I do believe that, in time, doctors - both alternative and orthodox - will begin using whatever is the highest best treatment for their patients, regardless of the modality.

Know whatever comes to you unexpected to be a gift from God, which will surely serve you if you use it to the fullest. It is only that which you strive for out of your own imagination, that gives you trouble.

After about ten years of study I ended up feeling so full and blessed that I wanted to give some of what was given to me back to humanity.

True forgiveness is one of the most healing releasing, and freeing gifts we give to ourselves.

When you are willing to shine the light of love onto the parts that you are not proud of - onto the unaccepted parts, the unloved parts, the unwanted emotions, into all the darkened corners of your soul - love will suffuse them, embrace them, until you are left as nothing but love itself. Love arises when you expose everything.
