If emotional issues remain unaddressed over long periods of time, sometimes they can manifest as physical blocks or disease.

I do believe that, in time, doctors - both alternative and orthodox - will begin using whatever is the highest best treatment for their patients, regardless of the modality.

When you are willing to shine the light of love onto the parts that you are not proud of - onto the unaccepted parts, the unloved parts, the unwanted emotions, into all the darkened corners of your soul - love will suffuse them, embrace them, until you are left as nothing but love itself. Love arises when you expose everything.

Have the willingness to go into the roots of your worst fear until you feel the essence of what you are, your pure potential, the foundation of what you really are.

I ended up spending years on a spiritual quest - diving into the world's great spiritual traditions.

And I deeply pray that everyone discovers that they can strip away anything that might be holding them back on every level, and can begin living life from the real essence of their own soul.


True courage is the willingness to fully experience whatever you are feeling at the moment. You can attempt to run from your emotions, but eventually they will catch up with you. They will chase you, haunt you, until finally you give up the chase.
