In Buddhism, there is no place for using effort. Just be ordinary and nothing special. Eat your food, move your bowels, pass water and when you're tired go and lie down. The ignorant will laugh at me, but the wise will understand.

Don’t indulge in any unnecessary, sophisticated moves

I don't believe in getting something for nothing.

All goals apart from the means are illusions; becoming is a denial of being.

You need emotional content.

Never waste energy on worries or negative thoughts, all problems are brought into existence -drop them.

In life, what more can you ask for than to be real?
