I think a lot of people get into what they're eating. Yes, it's important, but at some point, let's think about what we're feeling. It can become a control issue to control everything that you're eating and the exercise that you're doing. I think it's good to do a bit of everything, but to just notice how you're feeling when you wake up in the morning.
Caroline DhavernasI think everything has to come from something that you feel comfortable with and want to be in and sometimes we try to negotiate that limit, but it's not always easy to find the right balance.
Caroline DhavernasI'm not saying certain illnesses don't come from genetic baggage and all that. It would be too simplistic to summarize and make it all about emotion, but yeah, so many times, I've been to doctors trying to pinpoint what it was exactly and finally it just went away.
Caroline DhavernasI feel everything very strongly, and that is why I am an actress. I have made such clear connections between some of my chronic boo-boos in my body and emotion. It is kind of fascinating. I really feel like as a society, we need tap into that and embrace that more and more instead of wondering why we are sick.
