Real ability is the child of God-given talent and rock solid diligence. Nobody maintains ability without hard work. Nobody.

Everything that I do, I have to do at my best. No one is perfect, but you can come close.

The coaches don't have to worry about me not training. The coach is usually there to make sure I'm not over trained.
