Maybe relationships could have fractals, too. And maybe the sense of loss was when you're becoming a fractal of what you once were to each other.

Yesterday is another world. I want to go back there.

Because it is senior year I have begun to see things as potential absences. The things I love will become the things I'll miss.

In my experience, desire is desire, love is love. I have never fallen in love with a gender. I have fallen for individuals.

It's as if when you love someone, they become your reason. And maybe I've gotten it backward, maybe it's just because I need a reason that I find myself falling in love with her. But I don't think that's it. I think I would have continued along, oblivious, if I hadn't happened to meet her.

If this continues, if this goes on, then when I die, your memories of me will be my greatest accomplishment. You memories will be my most lasting impressions.

Some days are like this. And the only way to get through them is to remember that they are only one day, and that every day ends.
