There is no quality that we respond to in another that we lack. It might be hidden behind some bad behavior or an old, outdated shadow belief that says we are the exact opposite of what we are seeing in the other person. But I promise you that if you are attracted to a quality in someone else, no matter how great, it also exists inside of you.

By choosing not to allow parts of ourselves to exist, we are forced to expend huge amounts of psychic energy to keep them beneath the surface.

If we want a new future that does not look like our past, we must make new choices in the present.

Reclaiming the parts of ourselves that we have relegated to the shadow is the most reliable path to actualizing all of our human potential.

Do not wait another day to become fully engaged in your life, to learn to love and to forgive, and to live with greater purpose & meaning.

It is only when you're lying to yourself or hating some aspect of yourself that you'll get an emotional charge from someone else's behavior.

Once befriended, our shadow becomes a divine map that-when properly read and followed-reconn ects us to the life we were meant to live, the people we were meant to be, and the contributions we were meant to give.
