With 'Suite Life,' I had three years to sit a little bit on the back burner and learn with less pressure.

I definitely believe in the power of education. I believe the more people know, the more they are able to do what they can.

I never wash my hair the night before an event - I call it second day hair, and it holds better. Also, the day before, test run your makeup and watch it every couple of hours (see if your mascara is bleeding, or if your lip gloss runs out really quickly). Oh, and for me, shoe-wise, platforms give me the same height that I need, but they're not as taxing on my feet.

It's really special to be a part of something that's really changing lives.

I'm always doing something new. I took a fencing class - that was awesome. And I do a lot of my own athletic work or stunts.

Look at what you want to change, gather a few people who believe in it like you do, and start moving forward. It's important to remember that you don't always need a destination. Sometimes, you just have to make forward motion. And you absolutely can.

Music is such an intensely personal thing for me, and I knew if I was going to do it, it would be in my own way.
