The mirror can lie. Doesn't show you what's inside. And it, it can tell you you're full of life. It's amazing what you can hide just by putting on a smile.

So many things were going great in my life and then all of the sudden my personal life just went down at crazy speeds. I had a negative breakdown and it changed my life forever, but I'm glad that it did, because if I had never gone into the treatment ... I don't know if, one, I'd even be sitting here today. Two, if I'd be alive today.

And if there's anyone out here tonight that doesn't feel beautiful enough, or doesn't feel worthy enought... You're wrong. Because you guys are all so incredible. And if you're dealing with any of the issues that I've dealt with, don't be afraid to speak up, because someone will be there for you. And if you think, you're alone, put on my music, because I'm going to be there for you

I want to live my life without filters. I don't walk on egg shells. I say what I want and I'm a very free spirit.

Go ahead and believe that no one shines brighter than you. Become amazing, and be happy.

I think it's important that artists use their voices for so much more than just their talent.

It's okay to not be superwoman all the time.
