It doesn't matter where you come from or who you think you are, we're all human beings with beating hearts.

My all time favorite band is Paramore and she's basically one of the reasons I was inspired... umm, well Hayley Williams from Paramore was one of the basic reasons I wanted to go rock. I saw the band live and they're great together and they write incredible music and also I like a lot of older bands. I like Motley Crue a lot and who else, I've got a lot of favorite bands but those are pretty much the main ones.

It's OK to love your body the way it is.

Embracing yourself is important and I wish that all women would realize how beautiful they are, inside and out.

Sometimes it just feels so amazing to finally stand up for yourself. I highly recommend it. Life is too short to be taken for granted.

Bipolar depression really got my life off track, but today I'm proud to say I am living proof that someone can live, love, and be well with bipolar disorder when they get the education, support and treatment they need.

If we could throw away the hate and make love last another day, don't give up just for today, life would be so simple
