You don't have to wait till the beginning of a new year to make resolutions for yourself. It's all about loving and taking care of the only body you will ever have...cherish it, love it, embrace it...Because when you do...It begins to show.

When I look back, it saddens me to think that I was so hard on myself - when I was younger, I thought I had to look like everyone else, but I learned that beauty comes from how you feel about yourself. Once I started taking care of my mind, body, and soul, I realized that I didn't need to conform to what's "normal" and started to love myself.

When I sing or play music, I'm able to relieve myself of whatever it is that I'm struggling with.

I think scars are like battle wounds - beautiful, in a way. They show what you've been through and how strong you are for coming out of it.

You make a difference about your life it's a knock on the head of mind setting your life you see the stars they shine across the way you build a bridge you make it shine the only way to make a difference is to help the community!

I'm losing myself trying to compete with everyone else, instead of just being me.
