You are worth more than harming yourself

The best advice I can give to anyone going through a rough patch is to never be afraid to ask for help.

I prefer to cry alone, Pride? No. I just want to avoid trial of people who don't know the reason of my tears.

No matter what you're going through, there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Cutting is not stupid. Stupid is being bad to someone and get them to the point of bleeding
