Skys are crying, I am watching, catching teardrops in my eyes.

I don't look at the criticism anymore. If somebody calls me fat, even in a vulnerable moment, I laugh to myself and think, I'm doing everything I can, so there's nothing I can do about it.

I want to show the world there is life, surprising, wonderful, and unexpected life, after diagnosis.

Do you have to make me feel like there's nothing left of me? You can take everything I have, you can break everything I am, like I am made of glass, like I am made of paper.Go on and try to tear me down I will be rising from the ground like a Skyscraper.

I never found out until I went into treatment that I was bipolar.

Bipolar depression really got my life off track, but today I'm proud to say I am living proof that someone can live, love, and be well with bipolar disorder when they get the education, support and treatment they need.

Always remember, actions speak louder than words. No one's perfect, but we can all strive to be better people.
