Now is the best time to start becoming the person we eventually want to be—not only 20 years from now but also for all eternity.

One of the greatest sermons ever pronounced on missionary work is this simple thought attributed to Saint Francis of Assisi: “Preach the gospel at all times and if necessary, use words.” Opportunities to do so are all around us. Do not miss them by waiting too long on the road to Damascus.

As you accept the responsibility to seek after truth with an open mind and a humble heart, you will become more tolerant of others, more open to listen, more prepared to understand, more inclined to build up instead of tearing down, and you will be more willing to go where God wants you to go.

Happiness doesn't come from external circumstances. It comes from the inside-regardless of what is happening around us.

Remember: in the end, it is the merciful who obtain mercy.

Would do well to slow down a little... focus on the significant... and truly see the things that matter most.
