I would use going into nature to clear myself - trees and plants including having plants at your house is a wonderfully natural way to continuously clear yourself.

It is up to you to be asking for help continuously, whether you want to talk directly to God or to the angels or the ascended masters, like Jesus or Kuan Yin. It really doesn't matter who you ask. What matters is that you ask for help.

The angels love us. And it's their assignment. They are direct, pure emissaries for God.

Who has time for toxic relationships? If someone isn't honoring your feelings, it's not a real relationship. If you feel drained after spending time with someone, that's a red flag!
