The most powerful state for a human to be in is the state of embracing completely the reality of what is - Now. It is to say "Yes" to life, which is now and always now. There is a vast power in that "Yes," that state of inner non-resistance to what is.

Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness.

Everything is honoured, but nothing matters.

When you observe yourself reacting to what are minor things in your life, you will find that the mechanism is the same as when major things seem to go wrong in your life and there is upset.

The state of presence is the only state in which creative energy is available to you.

I do not put much emphasis on periods of meditation - if you do meditation, it's fine - but the important thing is to bring the awareness into everyday life, into every little action that you do, into the varied challenges of everyday life.

If the structures of the human mind remain unchanged, we will always end up re-creating the same world, the same evils, the same dysfunction.
