That in you which recognizes madness as madness (even if it is your own) is sanity, is the arising awareness, is the end of insanity.

In the eyes of the ego, self-esteem and humility are contradictory. In truth, they are one and the same.

Teaching a practice can also be a hindrance if it becomes one's identity. To be a spiritual teacher is a temporary function. I'm a spiritual teacher when somebody comes to me and some teaching happens, but the moment they leave I'm no longer a spiritual teacher. If I carry the identity of spiritual teacher, it will cause suffering.

Whatever you do in your business comes out of a state of inner alignment with life and the source of life itself, so peace flows into whatever you do.

All you realy need to do is accept this moment fully. You are then at ease in the here and now and at ease with yourself.

Being one with life is being one with Now. You then realize that you don't live your life, but life lives you. Life is the dancer, and you are the dance.

You are not just a meaningless fragment in an alien universe, briefly suspended between life and death, allowed a few short-lived pleasures followed by pain and ultimate annihilation.
