An advanced way to meditate, of course, is to focus on your teacher. If you have a spiritual teacher and you focus on them during mediation, then you access the light that flows through them.

The Divide is like two rivers merging, at the point of merging there is a great deal of activity. The sunset, it's neither dark nor light, and the sunrises are the moments of transition.

There are endless planes of attention, endless realities and endless mind states. They're like collections of atoms and protons and neutrons, nuclei. They just go on forever. They're plasma, they're fluid ... they're alive.
