An advanced way to meditate, of course, is to focus on your teacher. If you have a spiritual teacher and you focus on them during mediation, then you access the light that flows through them.

You must control your anger and jealousy and possessive nature or, as you become more powerful and your will increases in strength, you will injure others.

There are other options that no one ever told you about. These are things mom and dad never explained to you; your teachers didn't know; they weren't enlightened. They weren't luminous beings that stood out of time and space.
