We live in a world where no one believes. Enlightenment and knowledge are laughed at. Those who seek and teach the mysteries are scorned and often persecuted. Welcome to the planet earth: environment hostile.

Only when there are no impressions of others clouding our mind, can we sit and practice the glorious practice of meditation.

It is the mind that weaves the dream of life, it convinces us that what we see is what is apparent and what is real, and that there's nothing else outside of our perception.

The directions for meditation that Sri Krishna gives are very exacting. He tells Arjuna exactly how to get past all the things that cause suffering and transient pleasure to something that is perpetual ecstasy. His directions are that exact.

Self-realization is a very quiet thing. It's not flashy. No one might see you light up a room. No one might observe anything

It's always better to be conservative in action. One must always consider the dangers in the world.
