When you go into the causal realms you become someone else. The light vibrates very quickly. You will see that you are a concurrence of light - taken shape and form in the body you now occupy.

All of the energy of existence is going to flow through you. You will be in thousands of planes of consciousness at once or beyond in nirvana or having a sandwich with a friend.

We hide from ourselves by being with others.

People can insert thoughts into your mind. This is more dangerous for psychic people. Use concentration exercises and read to combat this; boredom is an easy way to be drained.

There is only eternity. That's our real body. The stars are our blanket. Time doesn't even exist, except in our own minds.

A time comes when it isn't enough to read about Buddha, we wish to have that happen to ourselves. That's when we move from the exoteric to the esoteric, from religion to mysticism.

Enlightenment is a timeless void. It's an emptiness that's filled with the most excellent light.
